We are a diversified orthopedic device company that develops, manufactures and distributes a comprehensive range of high-quality orthopedic devices used for rehabilitation, pain management and physical therapy. We also develop, manufacture and distribute a wide range of surgical reconstructive implant products. Our products are used by orthopedic specialists, physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions resulting from degenerative diseases, deformities, traumatic events and sports-related injuries. In addition, many of our non-invasive medical devices and related accessories are used primarily by patients for at-home physical therapy. We currently develop, manufacture and distribute our products through our Surgical Implant Division and our Orthopedic Rehabilitation Division.
